DHTMLX Licenses and Prices

We do not restrict the number of your customers (end-users). We only count projects and developers involved in the development when offering you the most suitable license. Thus, you can scale up your app to as many end-users as you would like without additional fees. The only exception is if you decide to customize DHTMLX components to the needs of each customer.

The DHTMLX license is perpetual. It is valid for a lifetime. When you get the licensed version, you can use it forever. Meanwhile, each DHTMLX license has a support plan. Support plans provide you with technical assistance from the DHTMLX team and the latest product updates. Unlike the DHTMLX license, a support plan expires in a year.

Software as a service (SaaS) is a software licensing and delivery model in which software is centrally hosted and sold on a subscription basis. SaaS examples are Salesforce, Asana, Zendesk, GoToMeeting, Slack, MailChimp. You can use DHTMLX components in SaaS projects under the Enterprise and Ultimate licenses, under the Commercial license upon request. We do not charge for the number of end-users of your SaaS app.

The license is perpetual. You can use the licensed version you get when you purchase DHTMLX as well as all updates available during the support period forever. In a year when your support period expires, you can renew the support subscription to continue receiving the latest updates and technical support, but it is optional.

We collect requests found by users, verify them, and if they are qualified as bugs on our end, we put them on the bug list in our tracker and assign priority. In our tracker, we place a link to the user request to inform users when we fix the bug. Users can also ask to share a bug tracking number. Anytime, they can inquire about the bug status using this number. When we prepare maintenance releases, we include bugs from the tracker in the update. We set a higher priority to the bugs submitted by clients with the Ultimate license.

Please note that not every request will be qualified as a bug. Sometimes, the problem is on the user side. We always dive into the problem and help identify where it is rooted.
